Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days. Personalized or custom engraved items may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and order volume.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on package size, weight, and delivery destination.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on qualifying U.S. orders of $100 or more.

Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days

Please note that shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays outside of our control.

Personalized Items
Customized and personalized products are made to order and may not be eligible for returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us at joe@hollowforgeco.com within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Hollow Forge Co is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
